Are you a strength based business, or one in the making?


Take this short Questionnaire test to score yourselves and find out where you stand.

If you’ve not had the chance to stop and think about strengths within your business, then this questionnaire can help your thinking. It will start to pinpoint the factors that have a direct bearing on whether your organisation capitalises on the strengths of the business and employees .

  • 75 - 100: You obviously have a good grasp of what works in your business. So what is it you really want from completing this questionnaire?
  • 50 - 74: There are evidently strengths in your business you are aware of, but you and others are not making the most of them.
  • 49 or less: Your business is likely to have significant pockets of potential that are not being exploited; and you are therefore missing out on success.
