Hurray!

I never did like the W in S.W.O.T. It often detracted from the S by
concentrating on past failures and as a result creating negative energy rather
than a positive force for moving forward.

I am looking forward to hearing about
SCORR (soon, please)

Hi Judith,

Thanks for your comment and lovely to meet with you last week. SWOT
does have a lot to answer for, and its not the only one either

You
really have cottoned on to one of the key indicators of the problem with using
the term weakness and that is the negative connotations and associations people
have with the word. Research from Cognitive Linguistics reaffirms this position
with the way that our words reflect our emotional states too.

So from our point
of view what we want people to start to develop in business is a new vocabulary
that initiates from their strengths and propels them to where they wish to be.

Most certainly we have found this to be most useful in delivering
results.

SCORR will be here this week and we look forward to your
feedback.

Robert
