We know that many of you have been waiting for this so here it is.

SCORR is a Strengths based analysis tool that provides you with a tool to analyse your desired market place for the potential positioning of either a new product, service or business. What makes this a powerful process and more in line with the thinking of Strengths is that it positions your strengths at the centre of your activities and focus. To use this tool effectively you will have to have identified your strengths first using the previous processes that we have given you.

Properly used this will offer you a generous perspective in how to position yourself/product or service/organisation within your chosen market place.

We have provided you with a Lite version as there are other questions in the designated areas that also help to bring out more information. Rather than overload you with questions we feel that this will deliver a very comprehensive structure with which to answer your immediate needs.
