This is the key foundation for all prospective SBB’s: You need to discover the nature and source of your strengths. This diagnostic phase gives you evidence so you don’t need to resort to making assumptions and a basis for deciding whether or not you want to exploit these strengths.
If you want to proceed, you’ll need to establish an agenda for action which provides focus and priorities. This gets you to the stage of knowing ‘what’ you need to address.
Once you know what you want we work together on the ‘how’. This will include developing techniques, skills, habits, beliefs etc: that is the things that aren’t usually so easy to do without extra help.
