Harold Russell
Harold, ‘Coach Extraordinaire’, whose many years experience of working with teams and individuals in different fields has helped to make things happen and unleash potential in people’s capabilities. He specialises in helping businesses develop thinking strategies that are proven to produce exceptional results, leading to the development of his ‘Sources of Success’ and ‘High Performance Thinking’ coaching aids. He has extensive senior business experience both from working in the financial services sector in the UK and overseas, and from having run Blueprinting Excellence, specialists in creating high performing organisations. He has worked with people from many different fields, including sales, accountancy, law, banking, HR, IT and operations, specialising in making things happen, change management, people development and human resources. He has worked extensively at the sharp end of business change, being involved in business start-ups, mergers and takeovers. He also has several years experience of consulting to the manufacturing, IT and not-for-profit sectors. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Investors in People UK Ambassador, and a certified NLP coach.
Harold also runs the 'Sources of Success' business coaching organisation.
